Cum Rag Manifesto is a zine/blog put out by 3 fags who currently live in Philadelphia...2 are from Miami FLA, the other is from The Bay CA. Philadelphia can be an un-loving and at times not the gayest city so we decided to take matters into our own pants and cum all over it. And the end result is the Cum Rag zine which is to be released sometime in early April! Until then stay tuned for updates, cruising and sex stories, and anything else we feel like putting up here.
